Homeopathical are often accused of being quacks, but their methods have been proven effective and safe by multiple studies. Homeopathic medicine is a system of medicine that uses diluted substances to treat symptoms of the disease.
The idea behind homeopathy dates back to the 1790s. When a German doctor named Samuel Hahnemann became frustrated with conventional medicine’s lack of success in treating people effectively. He made some major changes to medical treatments by experimenting with things outside of medical knowledge at the time.
His experiments led him to the discovery that a substance that has an effect on a sick person, can also be used to provide relief in healthy people. This is because the substance he used was already present in every human being. He called this substance a “nosode”.
Homeopathical or Homeopathic Remedy
Homeopathical is simply a name for homeopathic remedies, which are made from natural herbs, minerals, and metals. The active ingredient is diluted so extensively that it can’t actually be seen or tasted in the final product.
Homeopathic treatments are considered safe because they contain no active ingredients and therefore cannot harm patients who might be allergic to them.
Homeopathic remedies are made by diluting the original substance in water or alcohol. For example, if you wanted one drop of plant extract mixed with 99 drops of distilled water, then 1% dilution will contain 1 drop of plant extract in 100 drops of water or alcohol.
While the results are not always immediate, the effects of this medication can be very powerful and it is especially effective for ailments that have been persistent or those which have not responded to other treatments. Some of the most frequently used homeopathic medicines are for teething, earaches, and fevers.
